Pre-sales Engineer - Job Description
Position: Pre-sales Engineer
Location:UK/Milton Keynes
As part of the ongoing expansion, Sungrow UK are looking to recruit a Pre-sales Technical Engineer. The successful candidate will be located from our UK office in Milton Keynes, so needs to live within a commutable distance of that location. The role will include, but be not limited to;
Technical support of Sales team colleagues to achieve key UK targets
Pre-sales Technical meetings with customers, and general support of sales efforts
Main technical point of contact for key customers
Technical telephone support as appropriate
Occasional on-site service/repair – Large string and Central Inverters
Extensive travel throughout the UK, with occasional travel to Europe and China


The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and must be a qualified Electronics Engineer (preferably HND/Degree). An Electrician’s qualification would also be advantageous, with relevant wiring-regs certification. They will have had several year’s experience in a technical capacity within the solar industry, with a track record providing technical pre-sales support to non-technical sales staff, and possess an excellent working knowledge of central and string inverters. Having previously worked for an inverter manufacturer will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate must communicate well in front of the customer, demonstrate a good commercial awareness and be well a rounded individual, flexible and willing to turn their hands to various tasks within the organisation. Needless to say, the successful candidate will be a team player, as well as being able to work as an individual, with strong IT skills.
Sales Manager - Job Description
Position: Sales Manager
Location:Middle East Region
You will work independently to develop and expand our customer base in the EPC / project area. By having in-depth knowledge of our products and strategies, you will provide our existing customers and future potential customers good consulting services.


Responsibilities:
Account Manager of existing customers
Develop and be main contact of new customers in the Middle East-Region
Travel around about 2-3 days / week within the region to meet customers need


Qualifications:
experience in PV inverters sales and customer services
Strong technical knowledge of PV inverts and system
Customer focused, proactive and results-oriented
Strong problem solving skills
Fluent in English and Arabic

Products Manager - Job Description
Position: Products Manager
Location:Turkey
Responsibilities:
Technological consulting of customers and colleagues in the Account Management
Point of contact for technical questions in the context of the quotation
Technical documents Management
Communication between HQ in China and local team on the subject of product development, technical improvement and product changes
Administration of test-and certification procedure
Tech support of service issues


Qualifications:
Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a comparable higher education qualification
At least three years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development or project management in the inverter industry
Fluent command of written and spoken Turkish and English. Chinese with advantage
Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel: Pivot, Makro)
Assertiveness, strong communication skills and willingness to travel
