Your Responsibilities

  • Support account development, relationship management and lead generation
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with partners and customers and keep client knowledge up-to-date
  • Assist partner sales persons on sales opportunities
  • Identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads
  • Develop and maintain a customer and lead database
  • Respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by phone and email
  • Maintain and improve customer relations by analyzing and evaluating customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Perform necessary operations tasks (e.g. quote entry, tracking, performance and deadlines)
  • Participate in creating successful implementation plans for new business initiatives and integrating these
  • Investigate over dues and escalate when needed
  • Co-create value propositions based on customer insights
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date and document customer service actions and communications Inform partners, customers and team members about relevant issues

Our Requirements

  • BA degree or higher in business administration
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
  • Language requirements: excellent skills in German and English (both written & spoken). Additional languages like Spanish or French is an asset
  • Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
  • “Yes, we can” mentality. Self-starter, Self-Motivator
  • Attention to details. You're able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • Understanding of solar industry is a plus 
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
