Your Responsibilities

- Develop new customers at LATAM level, promote sales of products and services, conduct visits and gather information and customer needs, present the company's product portfolio aiming at the deployment of purchase potential;

- Perform account management and support, develop guidelines according to the type of customer and current legislation of the country of operation, keep the database updated and make periodic contacts in order to achieve the company's objectives;

- Prepare proposals, negotiate prices and other activities until the closing of the sale, prepare purchase orders and forward data to the logistics area, aiming to ensure the quality of services provided, according to the standards established by the head office. ;

- Periodically monitor market developments, consolidate competitors' information (technical and commercial analysis) to increase market share and proactively develop future solutions;

- Prepare documentation for bidding projects, provide the necessary support to the client, ensuring compliance with current legislation;

- Develop events, workshops and presentations for clients and prospects, manage the creation of event promotional material and training, taking into account the communication guidelines of the Matrix;

- Develop strategies to achieve goals, develop sales potential studies, build business reports, analyze metrics and performance indicators for evidence-based decision making;

- Develop Sales Forecast, evaluate the stage of opportunities to ensure good management and increase performance, ensuring an assertive forecast;

- Manage and update the CRM system, in view of the business strategy with a focus on the customer;

- Assist sales activities developed by the Commercial Assistant, provide periodic support and feedback, as well as on-the-job training as needed;

Our Requirements

- Mandatory: Full Graduation in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering;

- Desirable: Graduate / MBA in People Management or Business Management

 

Minimum Experience Required:

- 3 to 4 years of commercial experience required.

 

Language Knowledge:

- Mandatory: Advanced English / Fluent;

- Desirable: Intermediate Spanish.
