Skills and experiences preferred:

Hands-on experience in PV inverter repairs and commissioning.      

1.Responsible for pre-sales technical support for PV inverters, PV&ESS hybrid products.

2.Provide timely and quality customer support and maintain good relationship with customer's technical team. 

3.Provide technical proposals based on available products, technical documentation packages, tender documents, etc. 

4.Prepare and review technical related documents and support the commercial team in reviewing related documents. 

5.Participate in technical marketing activities to introduce Sungrow technologies and solutions to the market. 

6.Follow up on locally applicable standards. Proactively keep abreast of all technical updates on Sungrow products and underlying technologies. 

7.Assist in market analysis, including but not limited to customer needs and feedback, market trends, etc.      

1.Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Systems, Automation or related engineering, Master's degree a plus. 

2.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the renewable energy industry.

3.Proficient in PV and BESS systems and renewable energy system design. 

4.Solid knowledge of electrical principles. PVsyst and Microsoft Office skills. 

5.Experience in electrical engineering and experience working/liaising with inverter manufacturers, PV project developers and PV project EPCs is a plus.      

1.Provide after sales service support for key customers related to residential PV and ESS systems through telephone and email to achieve good customer satisfaction.

2.Provide initial commissioning plans and coordinate commissioning activities for successful delivery. 

3.Support line manager to oversee residential PV and ESS systems support operations and handle escalation enquiries raised. 

4.Conduct field services with team and service partners in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs. 

5.Perform basic O&M by monitoring systems remotely and basic warranty work.

6.Conduct products testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs at the workshop. 

7.Track complex technical problems and coordinate with internal teams (technical and R&D team) to efficiently deliver high-quality solutions to customers’ issues.

8.Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and services.

9.Communicate with the management, sales team, and customers to support the business development.
